Group Coaching

"Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much."

What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching offers a reflective and supportive space to explore your wellbeing alongside others who may be experiencing similar challenges, questions, or transitions.

While 1:1 coaching focuses on individual depth, group coaching brings an additional dimension – the opportunity to learn through shared experience, different perspectives, and collective reflection.

Why This Work Matters

Research in psychology and wellbeing consistently highlights the importance of connection, shared experience, and social support in how people process challenges and make sense of their lives.

Many people carry thoughts, pressures, or uncertainties privately, often believing they are the only ones feeling that way. In a group setting, this begins to shift.

Hearing others articulate similar experiences can:

  • reduce feelings of isolation
  • create a sense of normality
  • deepen self-understanding
  • open up new ways of thinking

At the same time, structured reflection allows individuals to step back from day-to-day pressures and consider their own experiences more clearly.

How the Sessions Work

The focus is on creating space for insight, reflection, and meaningful change, rather than delivering information alone. Sessions are:

  • reflective and interactive
  • grounded in Positive Psychology and research
  • practical and easy to apply
  • designed to feel supportive and not overwhelming

Workshop Topics

Workshops can be tailored, but may include:

  • Wellbeing and burnout in demanding roles and sense of self
  • Confidence and self-worth
  • Emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • Creating a more sustainable sense of happiness

What Our Workshops Explore

These workshops are designed to go beyond surface-level wellbeing.

They focus on helping individuals reconnect with:

  • their sense of identity
  • their values and what matters
  • their strengths and capabilities
  • their experience of wellbeing and happiness
  • their direction and priorities

The aim is not just to manage stress, but to support more meaningful and sustainable wellbeing.
