My Approach
We’re all shaped by different layers -
family, culture, expectations, and the roles we’ve taken on over time.
At some point, it can become hard to tell what’s truly you, and what you’ve learned to be. In our work together, we gently start to unpack those layers.
We look at things like:

About me
Hi, I’m Naila Ahmed. I work with people who are used to holding everything together, often in high-pressure, high-responsibility roles, but feel disconnected from themselves underneath it all.
I created Reset Coaching for people who are tired of just getting through life, and want to feel more like themselves again.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and doing well on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure what’s missing.
My work focuses on helping you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, reconnect with who you are, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.
It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you make sense of things properly, feel more grounded in yourself, and build a life that actually feels right, not just one that looks right from the outside.
