"Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their growth"
John Whitmore
Why coaching?
People access therapy to support them with their mental health, to deal with their past experiences and support them with the pain and discomfort associated. Coaching is about mental growth and moving towards ones desired goals.

Coaching is a particular kind of conversation that takes place between two people or in groups and teams. The aim is usually to make change happen, but this can be part of a process that first starts with working out what patterns, beliefs or relationship dynamics may be holding you from reaching your full potential.
Our coaching approach nurtures both the ‘being self’—focusing on personal identity, values, relationships, and core needs—and the ‘doing self’, which includes career development, roles, tasks, and essential skills.

Through personalized coaching sessions, we help clients achieve self-empowerment by enhancing self-awareness, self-management, and self-efficacy. Our collaborative approach leverages innate strengths and resources to create meaningful progress.

Each coaching session is tailored to the individual, ensuring a customized experience. Sessions may be structured and goal-oriented or flexible and intuitive, adapting to the client’s unique journey and personal growth needs.

At Reset Coaching, we help clients to do quality, generative thinking. Sessions are based around a conversation but may also involve exercises done on paper or a flipchart or use of props. Sometimes, there may be simple tasks or specific thinking to be done between sessions. The process might feel challenging at times, however we always ensure that clients are comfortable and happy to engage.
