Safe Space (Talking Therapy)
Reset Coaching offers individuals who are not ready for coaching or counselling services, a safe space to talk to a professional in a confidential space, enabling them to manage their thoughts. During the Safe Space session, the client would be encouraged to talk about their thoughts, feelings and emotions through many platforms which include talking, drawing or with the use of materials and props.
Safe Space sessions are dedicated to gather the clients thoughts and emotions. This process can be particularly important to help individuals move forward in their lives before they seek advice or help from other specialist services. Our recent experience with various projects have focused on helping people to talk through some of their thought process, insecurities, and frustrations to them get them ready for the next step of support that they may require such as coaching, counselling or any other therapy.
Safe Space is also a a valuable experience as a one off or set of sessions even if there is no follow up service required as many clients have used this platform as a stepping stone during difficult times when they are unable to share their feelings or worries with anyone. Clients would require to book a Discovery Session to determine if Safe Space is suitable for them as well as discussing any other requirements before starting their journey with Reset Coaching.
