1:1 Coaching

Have you ever attempted and failed to create and attain goals?

 

You're not to blame! You must first perform the inner work to develop a better understanding of yourself, your habits, and the ideas that shape you before you can tackle goals in your personal and professional life.

At Reset Coaching, our positive psychology coach will work with you to help you build the correct mentality, confidence, and motivation to overcome whatever is holding you back and begin living the life of your dreams. You will get to meet the real YOU, and discover things about yourself that you never knew existed (unleashing inner potential).

 

We will figure out the best approach for us to collaborate. You could want one or two coaching sessions, or a package of coaching sessions. Sessions last 60 minutes and can be scheduled as needed.  However, before starting the coaching journey, we would have a Discovery Session to ensure that coaching is right for you and to determine whether you would like to work with us.  During this session we would discuss your requirements as well as talking through what to expect from Reset Coaching and our commitment and expectation of working together to make positive changes.

After the Discovery Session, we will work together to determine the best way to move forward.  Here are three options for your journey:

Option 1: The Self-Discovery Path/Know yourself, Grow yourself (8-Week Program)
